Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If it has been 7 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We need your receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Please contact customer service first.

Consumer Protection Law; The return must be made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product, without opening its packaging, destroying or spoiling it, and without using the product.

According to Article 4 of the Law on Consumer Protection; “Goods that are contrary to the qualifications stated in the promotion and user manual or in advertisements and announcements, or that contain material, legal or economic deficiencies that reduce the benefit that the consumer expects from the product, are considered defective goods according to their intended use.

If the customer reports defective goods within 7 days from the delivery date of the goods, he has the right to return the product, reduce the price, free replacement or free repair.

To benefit from the above-mentioned rights by reporting Defective Goods; If the features of the product are different from those stated in its promotion or if there are deficiencies that will reduce the benefit the customer expects from the product, the product is classified as defective. The customer must report the defective goods within 7 days. In the Defective Goods notification, a report determines whether there is a usage error or not. If the user’s fault is detected, the customer will not be able to benefit from the law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is issued.
